Meet Kushagra the winner of Day out with Miss Delhi 2016
No. Not even 685 boosted vote for your favorite Miss India contestant on Rabbler could make you ready for that fine morning when your phone rings and the voice on the other side tells you that you are going to spend a day with the most beautiful girl in Delhi.
You jump and almost shiver. Your joy is mixed with doubt. How is it going to be like? They are the finalist of Miss Delhi 2016 contest. Will I be good enough? What the hell am I going to talk to them about?
Kushagra went through these episodes several time as he made his mind ready to share a lunch with the 3 winners of Miss Delhi 2016.
He was the lucky winner among all the users of the Rabbler app where a person can back and support his favorite Miss India 2016 straight from her regional auditions all the way to the finals if she has what it takes.
The contest was merely open for few days but it generated tremendous interestest inside the Rabbler community. Yet only one could be the winner. Only one could date the 3 winners of Miss Delhi 2016.

Kushagra, please tell us about yourself.
Hi my name is Kushagra and I am currently pursuing my Bachelors in Computer Science from SRM University in Chennai.
Why did you decide to opt in for the Day Out with Miss Delhi 2016 contest?
When I read about the contest on Facebook I was quite excited about getting to meet the three finalists of the Miss Delhi pageant. It’s not everyday that you get such an opportunity so I joined Rabbler and got lucky!!

How would you describe your overall state of mind during the lunch with the winners of Miss Delhi 2016?
I met the winners at the lunch and had a great time with then. Rinki, Priyadarshini and Natasha were great to hang out with. We discussed what their plans are going forward, how this win is going to change things amongst other things and got to know that they are just a bunch of incredibly sweet and normal girls who happened to be beauty queens. Overall we had a great time it was a real pleasant experience.
If you have to choose one of the 3 as your favorite which one would that be?
Hmmm, tough choice but I am going to side with Priyadarshini on this one.

A Corporate Lawyer by Profession, this girl with no Social Media presence raced her way to win a chance at Miss India on Rabbler with sheer ground force campaign. The story of Suyukti Seth is a story of beauty and fight sweetly blending together, one that you would like to tell to your grand kids before they start to dream.
1) Tell us something about who Suyukti is?
I was born in Gorakhpur, but traveled all of India from Lucknow, Mumbai, Indore and Patna as my father’s transferable job in a Pharmaceutical company. We are settled in Allahabad since I was in Standard XI. Have a brother who works in Hyderabad and my mom is a homemaker. I did my undergrad from Fergusson College, Pune.
2) How was Suyukti as a kid? Was she as determined, focused and professional as we see her today?
A2. Not at all. As a kid, I was the most rebellious, notorious, tom boyish kind of girl where parents had a tough time disciplining me. I was also expelled from school once. However, I was always determined to what I set my eyes on.
3) Suyukti, we notice you had a very small group of Facebook friends. How did you reach out to your audience to digitally vote you on Rabbler
A3. Well, collecting votes was like a campaign in itself. I identified my physical audience to target- coaching Institutes and colleges. They are a plenty in Allahabad. IAS, Legal, Engineering, Bank PO to name a few.
I requested the college authorities and coaching heads for a 30 minute slot, and for last 10 days I have literally gone out and asked for their support. I asked them to support their girl from Allahabad, and I sincerely thank their overwhelming response. Perhaps, now I can easily stand for a state election too! ha ha ☺
Not just coaching institutes, in the last 2 days me and mom went around sticking flyers at restaurants where young crowd use to hang out.. My mom said only place left was perhaps Allahabad High court
4) It is stunning to see how a ground campaign could bring you such phenomenal results in such short span of 15 days. So, you would be getting a second chance in a day.. Why would you like to become Miss India?
I am for Animals. Many organizations work for human social cause, but there is plight of animals which is completely not talked or heard about. I am a member of Sanjay Gandhi Animal Care Center and have seen the misery they go through. I would like to do meaningful work on Animal Rights and Preservations. My first love is my 6 dogs which stay with me, and I relate with this as much as any human.

Meet Tanya – Rabbler’s Face of the week and Femina Miss India 2016 contestant
How graced we are today to have Tanya Sinha with us, a Ranchi girl in her first year college with more than 2000 votes.
With about 20 days to go for Mumbai auditions, Tanya is strong leader from Kolkata to get a second chance in Mumbai auditions for Miss India title.
Tanya, all of 18 has deep interest in Human Psychology. By her own confession, she is therapeutic to people through her listening skills. She loves reading human behavior assess their psyche. Not bad qualities for the future Miss India 2016 winner isn’t it?

- Tell us something about yourself
Born to parents who have been Principals in their respective school, I was born to do be a scientist or an engineer like everyone else in Ranchi does. I did my schooling from St. Xavier’s and now in my first year of under graduation with English Honors at St. Xavier’s Ranchi. My interest is Psychology. I read books and my biggest love are my two dogs
- Why did you chose to compete for the Miss India 2016 title?
I wish to represent my city, my state and my country. I am the biggest lover of my country and would be so proud to represent it. Tell the world what India is all about, its technical genius, tradition and culture. India is simply awesome and nothing would make me more privilege than to be able to represent my country and country people
- You seem to have a great following with more than 2000 votes in just 10 days. How did you get this far?
Collecting votes was the best part of my learning experience. I reached my friends on social media, but beyond that I visited schools where my parents teach, went to my apartment people and hostels. I was so overwhelmed by the encouragement and blessings they showered on me. It was like they all wanted their city girl to win. I wish I could make them proud and win the crown this time
